The impact to 485 is hard to say. If you use AC21, better do some preemptive action by attaching an employment letter stating that it is a similar or same job (CIS expects you tell them such a job change, though not mandatory). If you are in NIW, EB11 better attach a letter and some other materials stating that it is in the same field. In the past, it seems that address change sometimes trigger more local tranfer. Anyway, by law you have to notify CIS an address change within 10 days of moving unless the move is a temportary one.
