there must bee some thing wrong with your case, it should not take that long. Please call them at 202-663-1225 and ask them to check it for you. There should have all the record.

I did this couple of time, they are nice but... a little bit stupid, hehe.

Since the incoming phone volume is very heavy, it will take about 15~30 minutes to be connected, be patient.
