1.You'd better to explain the reason of your moving when you notify USCIS service center about the change
of your mailing address.
2.No important,because different stuff process them,RFE will be processed by immigration officer,but change of address be registered by civil clerk only.
3.Maybe yes maybe not,but I don't think that is a big
problem,because no a long time.
4.You may notify them with yours statement,if the officer think that it's necessary,may require a letter
from your boss,then you need to submit it.
