urgent help on H1B from Canada

My H1B visa application was just approved by USCIS with quoto used. My company attorney told me I need to apply H1B at US Consulate at Toronto, but as I am living at Montreal and have scheduled a H1B visa appointment at US Consulate at Montreal, is it possible I apply visa at Montreal instead of Toronto? What need I do?
