急求!!!!

我女兒的移民申請是2004年11月批的,可是我們始終沒有接到移民局的信.現在移民局說這個案子已經轉走了,可能轉到國際簽證中心和加州移民中心.可我們兩個地方都找不到,我該怎麽辦呀? 該到哪裏去問呢? 求大家幫幫我! 萬分感謝!
