關於NAME CHECK簡單說兩句

我昨天收到綠卡批準信後,有朋友問NAME CHECK的事情,開始時,我也很急包括給參議員寫信,
給Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Washington, D.C. 20528
寫信,他們的答複是同樣的,我還在被NAME CHECK. FBI網站原來登過電話,不知道現行還有沒
有,就是你做完手印(10個指頭)可以打那個電話,然後報你的A NUMBER,對方一般會告訴你,什
麽時候FEEDBACK給了USCIS.而查詢NAME CHECK 隻能通過FBINNCP Email
我給NAME CHECK 寫了信,我知道原來他們接受傳真,後來隻接受EMAIL.
沒有辦法催辦他們,隻到去年10月對方才答複,然後我聯係律師,讓他把的答複給USCIS.

這是我寫的email, 希望能幫助大家

Subject: Expedite name Check Request


Dear Officer:


I just wanted to bring it to your attention that my name check is still
pending in your office. xxx years has been passed since I submitted
my application to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
(USCIS) in 200x, and I was informed by USCIS that name check request has
already sent to your program.

A speedy processing of my name check would be greatly appreciated.
Should you have any questions regarding the inquiry, please contact me at
the address shown above.

My personal information is:
