I am currently working in California. I have two questions about Canada Immigration. Hope someone who has experience can kindly answer them.
1. It is required to notarize employment contract. I do have the contract letter. But how do I notarize it in USA? It is also required to have the work reference letter stamped by the copmany, which I think a very difficult thing for me. Is there any potential risk of not doing it?
2. If I send out the application material out here in the states and later have to go back to China because of layoff, is there any significant delay in the application process because of the location change? In case there is, how long can it be?
