Help: Can I file I485 before I140 is approved?

I will file I140 this month. Since my priority date is not current, I cannot file I485 concurrently now.

If the Visa Quota is available next month, can I file I485 even though I140 is not approved yet?

If yes, does it have any bad impact on EAD and AP application?
