Help on Priority Date

Hi.

I filed a "following to join" application on EB-2. This case was transferred to Guangzhou consulate. I filed Labor in Feb. 2003. The priority date should be this date.

However, the approval notice on I-824 indicated the priority date for this application is December 2004, when my I-485 was approved. In November 2005, I sent to Guangzhou consulate a letter with a copy of the approval notice of labor certificate. The receipt date was printed on the approval notice of labor certificate. Two months passed. I did not receive anything from Guangzhou consulate.

1. Will the Guangzhou consulate change the priority date to Feb. 2003?
2. What should I do if they do not change the priority date?
