Your parents are you direct relative. Your brothers and sisters are 2nd degree, their son is 3rd degree. You have no strong connetion with your nephew whatsoever. Thus it is almost impossible to apply a visa for him, espcially his parents (ur brother or sister) is not coming, which is very suspecious.
