請問各位用Global Priority Mail寄材料回中國要多久？

I mailed some documents using Global priority mail of USPS from Philadelphia to Guangzhou consulate on Decemeber 15, 2005. But when I checked with Guangzhou consulate today, they still didn't receive it!!! What a big mistake I made by using global priority. Does anyone know if it is lost or not, and how long it will take to get received? Or it is not worthy to wait any longer, and I should prepare another set of documents, and use Fedex next week? Thanks so much.
