help please! after PERM APPROVED

Hello, sincerely ask help on how to file I140 form after PERM APPROVED.

My case is filing PERM application by university at the end of December, get
approved today. it is quick. But now I want to file I140 by myself, did anyone
do it before (DIY)?
or where I can find instructions to file I140 in PERM case?

Or list of documents to file I140 with PERM?
