在美男方是I-485 pending, 女方在國內申請H4簽證會有困難嗎？

女方B簽證，可從中國來與在美國的H1B身份男方(I-485 pending數月)結婚，但考慮到在美國從B轉成H4會有不方便，女方打算回中國後申請H4簽證再入境。

請問，因在美男方是I-485 pending, 女方回國後在國內申請H4簽證會有困難嗎？
