I just moved to Oklahoma from California. I have a pending I-140/I-485 NIW in CSC. Now I am preparing for second I-140 NIW petition to TSC.My question is: Are there any additional requirements in second NIW petition? What is the difference between first and second petitions concerning to the document preparation? Thank you very much.
