I think you had a error in your I-140 form

I think that you had a mistake when you filled the part 2 of I-140 form,you should choose choice i ,if you chose choice d or e,the USCIS will ask the LC for you. You have to write the service center to explain it,( I ever help someone who met same suitation ,finally the kindly officer helped her to
correct it) If you don't do it,only file a ETA form
without signature of employer,your I-140 will be denied.Try your best to fix it.
