no update of online status after submission of response of RFE

I have submitted my response to RFE for our I485 application on Dec. 2nd, but so far more than one month have passed, there is still no update of my online status, is that normal? does this happen to anyone else? actually the USPS record showed that someone from TSC have signed the express, and also I have called TSC half month ago, the lady on the phone said they had received the response, but since the deadline for submitting response to RFE IS APPROACHING(Jan.26), I still worry about if they really received that response. Any thoughts? THANKS!!
