Finally, we spent more than 1000 dollars to resolve the problem. My law told me that there would be more troubles if they overstayed for 180 days.
According to the law, if someone overstay illigelly for more than 180 days, she/he will be banned for 3 years (is not permitted to enter the US for 3 years).
I suggest that you should find a good law to help you to solve the problem as soon as possible.
