也來問問結婚問題

現在是H1b第二年,已經申請I140, I485, 未批，準備申請回美證，等到I140批後，回去結婚， 問：1）我可以申請H1b簽證？ 以便LP申請H4 2）用AP的話，LP還能申請H4嗎？ 3）LP過來後，她的485什麽時候可以遞上，要等到排期後嗎？還是不必排期？ 非常感謝過來人回答！
