排期到後的下一步是什麽？

依您之見, 排期的priority date由140 filing date或receipt date 決定,而和LC filing date無關,是嗎?我是EB2, 140 filed March 2005 and approved July 2005. So, what's my priority date for retrogression? Thanks.
