回複：I did point out the mistake, unfortunately

When I initially found the mistake, I mailed my passport with a letter questioning the pay receipt. Then CIS replied and admitted the mistake but returned my passport as well (saying my background check not over yet). I expressed my concerns via email and fax at least 3 times (pointing out that they could have screwed up my file with another applicant's file but indeed both have been approved), but CIS insisted it's because of my ongoing background check. I feel that's ridiculous as the background check normally won't take so long if all related docs are complete (I did provide CIS all docs required). So, I don't know where to further complain or inquire to get the mistake corrected.
