But you probably has to pay interest and penalty fees of the unpaid tax amount which could be a big money. (The USCIS won't care if you pay tax late, as long as you pay it.) If it is your employer's mistake for not withholding your social security tax, you may ask the IRS to abate the interest and penalty. www.irs.gov
