I saw your reply post about whether or not you can apply EB1 by yourself, you said no because the 140 form and permanant offer letter need to b e signed by the boss, how about I do have the offer letter and it is signed by the boss, I just don't want to hire a lawyer to put all my document together fand charge me for $3000, I can just pack everything together myself, do you think it should be ok under this condtion> Thanks for your information. by the way I work in a university.
