父母簽證問題: e-form( DS-156)可否由我在望上代填?

２００６年１月１日起美領館開始使用電子表格，那麽可否由我在美國網上替我父母填表，然後郵寄打印出來的條形碼給我父母，讓他們去簽證呢？　領館方麵如何知道是在上海還是廣州簽證呢？
