If your 485 is pending over than 180, no problem,

just need to find another similar job. If less than 180 days, ask you current company to gives more time. If still not work, ask your company put you on leave without pay and delay your last few paychecks until pass 180 days milestone. As far as H-1 is concerned, as long as there is no gap between your last pay checks and new job, it is fine to do the H-1 transfer.
