回複：What is Class of Admistion for I-131

1. Admission class is the status you were admitted into the States, not necessarily your current status if you ever changed status in the US.
2. AP won't conflict with H1 visa. It is perfect legal to apply for a H1 visa while owning an AP. But you have to answer yes to the immigration intent question. H1B holder is allowed immigration intent.
3. You will have no problem to extend your H1 even after you use your AP as long as you never use EAD. Many people have the experience.
