I know someone use the way to try to extend the period
of remaining in USA, but sometimes the immigration officer at the border checkpoint will ask your parents how long do you want to stay,especially when your parents almost stayed six months,they ( parents) may face to a choice with risk.
If they say they want to stay another six months,may be have a risk of refusing entry.But if say only one month,maybe the officer will issue an I-94 whose valid period only one month.
If so,how to do ?I hope we may discuss the situation.
