I think that your RFE is very general. I didn't get into details but I think what they are asking is:
1. Your ability is above ordinary worker in your area. You need to get independent letters to prove that.
2. LC need to be waived. You can use independent letters and letter from your current boss to show that.
3. Your future plan. Your statement and your boss's letter will do.

It is a regular RFE. Nothing special. Most lawyers should know how to deal with that. I think that you need to decide first whether you want to do that by yourself or you want to hire someone to do that. I don't know how confident you are about this case. Think about that first because what you need to do would be very different if you make one choice. Then people can help you more.
