You have four choices.
1.EB1a
2.EB1b-OR
3.EB2-NIW
4.EB2-Perm

2 and 4 are employee-related application. 3 is the safetest way according to your job.

The requirements for 1,2,3 are becoming more and more hihger. If you don't worry about to lose your current job within 4-5 years, try 4. Otherwise choose 3, which is a little easier comparing with 1&2.
