公司不盈利好辦綠卡嗎?

本人在一家小公司工作一年, 公司巳連續9年虧損, 有好心同事告訴我這種情況對申請綠卡有影響, 請問大家有這回事嗎? 我在公司職位和待遇還可以, 公司業務去年也明顯好轉, 今年會好多了. 我不知道是否應跳槽.
