I-94 更改

我上次回國入關時,護照還有半年到期,所以海關把我HIB的I-94卡到期日縮短到了隻有半年.現在我護照已延期.想請問如何更改I-94的到期日? 是否可以到LOCAL OFFICE更改,無須交費,馬上可取? 還是需要填寫I102,上繳160元申請費,郵寄到SERVICE CENTER?
