誰 說 的 ﹖ 在 多 年 前 老 師 講 課 時 ﹐ 特 別 以 愛 因 斯 坦 為 例 ﹐ 講 到 愛 氏 如 在 美 國 申 請 移 民 ﹐ 他 可 以 同 時 遞 上 3 個 immigration petition,分 別 是 Excellent Ability, Outstanding Researcher﹐ Refugee/Asylee( 因 他 是 猶 太 人 ﹐ 受 希 特 勒 迫 害 )﹐ 每 個 都 可 讓 他 獲 得 綠 卡 ﹐ 但 以 最 早 獲 得 的 為 準 。 我 也 見 過 有 人 同 時 遞 親 屬 移 民 和 勞 工 移 民 的 I-485 ﹐ 或 是 庇 護 獲 準 等 綠 卡 過 程 中 又 與 公 民 結 婚 的 ﹐ 都 順 利 得 到 了 綠 卡 。
