Urgent: Filing address for I-131

Hi! I wanna file my I-131, Application for Travel Document but i do not know where i should submit. I got my I-140 approved recently and my I-485 was submitted in September, 2005. My case is in CSC.

Is the following address OK?
California Service Center
24000 Avila Road, 2nd Floor, Room 2312
Laguna Niguel, CA 92677

I found there is not 131 PO box for seprated submission of I-131.
