我的律師說可以.NIW中有一條是
National interest would be adversely affected if a Labor Certification were required for the alien. 好象要證明你是很優秀的. much better than others. 我就從一個英國澳大利亞的雙院士和一個澳大利亞的院士要了推薦信.
