各位高手,重開LC申請,可行嗎?該如何做了?

前天我雇主和我都收到DALLAS LC NOTICE OF CASE COLSURE 的信. 信如下: Our communication to you dated September 20, 2005 stated that your complete response was to be postmarked no later than November 04, 2005. Your case has been closed due to an untimely or incomplete response. At any time , you may resubmit this alien labor certification request as a new application which will have a new filling date. 還有就是與DALLAS BACKLOG ELIMINATION CENTER CONTACT INFO. 我雇主昨天發了傳真要求重開我的LC,因為我雇主根本沒收到那封信. 請問此種情況有沒有可能重開原LC 申請, 保住原時間(DATE OF ACCEPTANCE FOR PROCESSING: OCTOBER 30, 2003)? 如果可行,該如何做了?
