For spouse of GC holder,they have to wait until the priority dat

then may file I-485,if she lost her legal status during the period,she can't file I-485 in USA,and have to go back her country to get immigration visa,if she over stay more than 6 months,she can't come back to U.S.A within 3 to 10 years. Be careful please.
