請問，有這個規定嗎？

我父母的簽證一年有效，multi-entry，有急事需要回去1周，馬上再來。
原以為不用簽證直接回來就可以，忽然聽說還要去美國駐華使館重新按手印，不知道消息是否確切。如果是這樣，麻煩了，還得預約，可他們機票都訂好了……

請大家誰有經驗告訴我一下。多謝啦！
