老公有綠卡,我是F-1,要填什麽表申請綠卡?

老公有綠卡,堅決不入公民的.我是不是也同樣有排期問題?我聽說如果遞交綠卡申請,3年後會拿到V簽證,可以工作.再等2年才能拿到綠卡.是這樣嗎?V簽證是什麽樣的簽證?沒聽說過.
