K1 visa

Anyone knows about K1 visa and help to answer my question?

Suppose a K1 visa holder fails to marry her fiance after she comes in the US. Can she still marry another person and legally stay in the US? Or she has to leave the US and try to obtain a new K1 visa to marry her new fiance?
