I completely agree with this sentence.

"My understanding is that, as long as you demonstrate your influence in the field, citation is not of essential. Influence is the thing that INS is looking at, not citation. Citation is just one proof for your influence."

影響是論點，引用隻是一種證據。可以通過其他途徑證明。
documentary evidence 是指客觀證據。
