CIS is not that generous.

They do not charge finger print fee from children because their rule state that finger print check up is not required for kid under 14 at the time of approval.
By the way, is the notice for a code 3 finger print or code 2 finger print. If only photo and one finger's print is taken, the purpose of finger print is not for checking up.
