here is my case, PLS help

I am currently on 485 pending and AP. My hu*****and is still on H-1.I will go back to china for a long vacation soon.A company offer me a H-1b job, but they would not start to process those things until Feb.I think I have three choices: 1. wait for the approval of H-1B and get visa stamp from china; 2. apply for H-4 from china and change to H-1 in US latter; 3. come back with AP and go to Canada or Mexico to get visa stamp; I am confused with which choice is better. I need your suggestions. Many thanks!
