Share infor for sister's B2 visa?

Hi, everybody, does anyone have your sisters get their B2 visa succussfully? I would like to ask for some advice. My sister and her hu*****and's first time visa interview was declined last month, I am hesitating if I should have them try again soon, or wait for one year. Need some advice ASAP! Really appreciate any information. thank you.
