I don't that how long would the school like to issue the I-20 form before you start your couse? If you can't file the I-539 with I-20 to apply to change to F1 status before your H1 expire,you'll be out of status,i.e become illeagal,unless you marry a U.S citizen,you can't get green card in futrue.Please think over the result.
