485 一年前在nyc 麵談,被告之等待FBI name check,

當時沒拿到臨時綠卡,後來我們搬到美國中部,也通知移民局了.已經過去一年,中間請議員幫助問FBI進程,都是正在查.剛剛去移民局主頁查尋case status.請大家幫忙分析是什麽意思.
On December 30, 2005, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 270 and 300 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

是不是我們的FBI name check 已經交回移民局了?我們感到挺胡塗的,為什麽485

case 重新處理了.
