What do you mean "You have about 100K life insurance. You company pays for you. H1B workers like to be a target." ?

I filed income taxes for the last 3 years. It's just I don't have $16,000 income when I was in school.

We have thought about the way you mentioned (file green card employment based first and marriage based later if fails at the begining) and just want to get more information from this discussion board. A lot of my friends think I should go for marriage based because it is much faster.

The reason my hu*****and didn't file tax is because there is something wrong between his partner and him. He will try to work on this this year. He is a nice person and there is nothing to do about he does not want to sponsor me.
