I said yes. The person told me ( International Office who helped me to send the I-140) to say yes. She said the INS knows that in China 99% of children are affiliated to the communinst party. And if you lied ant was found out. It would be worse.
I don't know if I am right or not. Because I don't know the result of my I-140 and I485.
