F2 for EAD

My hou*****and's NIW I-140 was approved in April 2005. Our I-485s are pending due to retrogression. I am F-2 now. Can I apply EAD? Can I apply it through e-filing? I checked the UCSIS website and found that the eligibility category for e-filing EAD does not include F-2. Anybody has such experience? Thank you for your input.
