My I-140 (NIW) was approved after RFE (TSC)

Dear All:

My I-140 (NIW) was approved in TSC on December 22, 2005 after two days of my resubmission based on RFE. TSC is very quick for this type of petition.

I want to thank many warm-hearted people here to help and encourage me during the difficult time. Good luck to those people who are still waiting for their petition.
