Using the I-94 in your H-1B approval for your new H-1B transfer will be fine. Actually, your origial (F-1)I-94 has expired after you changed your F-1 status to H-1B status. Also, the I- 94 numbers for your H-1B and your F-1 are exact the same. After you do the H-1B transfer, you will get a new I-94 number.
