EAD轉H1,要離開US簽嗎?謝謝各位

我們I140已批,本打算用EAD工作,碰巧雇主給H1,為了保險,打算申請H1.我H4已過期,現在用EAD,請問各位大俠,需要離境簽嗎?要請律師嗎?
